NESsT is seeking a Communications and Operations Coordinator to support our portfolio team in Brazil. Key Duties & Responsibilities:  Communications  Create and/or produce blog posts, articles, newsletter features, and fact  about the social enterprises and NESsT’s work in Brazil; Coordinate and/or assist photo/video shoots, interviews, and production schedules during site visits; Collect and document testimonials from social enterprises and their beneficiaries, following NESsT internal procedures and guidelines; Collect and document testimonials from Portfolio Managers about key learnings, challenges, the value-add of programs that can be used for communication purposes; Produce video and written reports that reproduce content gathered/highlights in order to share the experiences of our social enterprises publicly, ensuring proper alignment to the branding, messaging, and tone of NESsT and its partners. Research and maintain a database of media contacts and support NESsT team in media outreach; Schedule content across all media channels to promote NESsT’s work with social enterprises and social impact; Assist with the coordination of comms requirements of external partners (for instance, PPA) as well as coordinating with NESsT Comms Teams; Maintain NESsT’s website current with uploads on news, blogs, and new content; Operations   Ensure functionality of integrations across NESsT’s tech stack for improved consistency, clarity, and digestibility. For example, NESsT uses Squarespace, Salesforce, Trello, and Google tools on a daily basis. Oversee documentation of processes in our Portfolio and Communications and contribute with operational improvement ideas; Ensure that all CRM data is up-to-date; General administration, including filing, drafting letters and emails, arranging appointments; Develop and maintain written operations manual for procedures in Brazil; Work with global Operations manager to keep the information up to date; Assist with staff recruitments, onboarding, and offboarding; Coordinate events including meetings, workshops, retreats, and conferences– coordinate payments and invitations; Assist staff with travel arrangements as needed; Assist program staff with preparing periodic reports to donors, integrating reports from Financial Team or other elements as needed; Liaise with local/national authorities as needed; Provide support in maintaining and administrating documentation as needed.
